Just a request if possible; can you change the earphone jack cover with a red or orange one for me? Or at least can you provide me way to obtain from your store or something?        Well, I received my two days ago and it was stolen from my iPhone in the middle of the nite by my 16 year old son. I knew I should have hidden the doohickey thingy for the screws. All his friends are asking about it. He has also been testing dropping it. I have told him that he either buys a pink one for me or return mine back. We shall see.

       What is the eta looking like for the Pink TAKTIK's. Thanks and totally worth the wait & $$.

       Just an update on my White w/ GG case. I love this friggin' thing. The only frustration to date is learning most of my charging methods have been rendered useless. So far only the original Apple charging cable and, surprisingly, the uneBobine cable (also a KS project) work with the case. I can accept this as a necessary evil knowing it had to be done to ensure quality and protection were not compromised.

       The GG is providing a really great viewing/touch experience. Thanks again for the great case!

       Just an update from my previous post. What Scott mentioned as a fix for the screen sensitivity seems to be working, e.g. adjusting the screws carefully to ensure that the contact between glass is tight and even. Much better response! Great job guys!

       I have to see I am really happy I got this case for my iPhone. It just arrived today and I already have it on my phone. It looks amazing and I was extremely shocked at how light it was when I first got the case out of its packaging. A very fine job and I already had a friend ask me about it. Very good work and craftsmanship.

       @ Jared. I am having the same problem. Beginning to think I should have got without the Gorilla glass. I have tried tightening and loosening the screws but nothing seems to help. The screen just seems to lag to touch response.

       Just got mine yesterday, friggin AWESOME. Only one thing I'm struggling with, I have to press REALLY hard to swipe to get past the lock screen, and entering text takes a slow and very dedicated push on the buttons. Any ideas?

       Just got my TAKTIK 2 days ago and i'm really pleased with the packaging and of course the casing. Have made my phone to big to fit into my jeans pocket but i'm loving it. The only thing i feel can be improved is the charging area needs to be bigger to fit the cables, currently its a tad too tight to fit. Scott, can u start designing a bag soon?

       Hey guys, mine arrived in Germany on Monday. It is simply amazing. What a great product. I put it together with a very thin folio at the back into the case and it works perfect with the gorilla glass. Thanks again and keep on the great work! I will back again!!

       @Marc Can you snap a photo of it for us? What we suspect here is that you are seeing an effect caused by the 2 layered piece of glass. It may be that your Gorilla Glass is too tight, so we suggest loosening the screws just a bit and see if that helps. If you can send that picture though we'd appreciate it--just aim your camera at the mirror, no flash. Thanks! -MINIMAL team

       @Backers experiencing sensitivity issues: We suggest tightening each of the screws a few rotations at a time, maybe starting clockwise and moving to each one, to ensure that the pressure is equally distributed on the Gorilla Glass. In order to maintain the current touch sensitivity, start with a clean screen and clean Gorilla Glass (free of fingerprints, lint, debris, etc.) and then make sure that the Gorilla Glass is laying flat and even on the iPhone. PLEASE be VERY cautious about over-tightening, as you may strip the screw. If the screws are not tight enough then the Gorilla Glass will not be close enough to the iPhone screen and may impact sensitivity. -MINIMAL team

       I got mine yesterday and was delighted until I tried plugging in my Griffin iTrip. The plug just doesn't fit. A warning that some accessories may not fit would have been nice. Here I am with a great case that won't let me play music in my car -wonderful. I don't really fancy having to buy a new gadget to play music.

       I just want to reiterate how awesome the case is. The craftsmanship is really incredible compared to other cases. I think consumers who spend this much money on a case will quickly realize the exceptional quality. It is easily more than twice as good as an otter box.

       My only feedback for the iPhone 5 case would be 3 things, to shave a bit off the total width, to replace the black cover next to earpiece speaker for the white model or a white phone and lastly if there is an additional anti smudge protectant.

       For the anti smudge I recently cracked and replaced my iPhone 4 case with a local shop and noticed how much worse the glass was at removing fingerprints and being smooth. When I got the iPhone 5 the glass seems to be even smoother and more smudge resistant. The gorilla glass is 100x better than plastic, but I would pay an extra $5 or so for a more smudge resistant glass.

       Thank you for great product design and craftsmanship!

       Received my case today. This thing is awesome! Goodbye Otter Defender hello Taktik! The Gorilla glass takes a bit stronger of a touch to get the sensor to note it but damn I know this thing is going to survive my skydiving with it, my prior case didn't.

       Received my case today. It is fantastic. Very easy to assemble and beautifully made. Excellent design and a big improvement over my Otterbox.
