Jeffrey is the founder of PRISM index. Against every grain of his judgment (better or not) also edits and co-designs the compilation. The silkscreen art on both covers are his creations. His unwavering interest in almost everything and anything led him down many roads and paths gathering knowledge, artists, skills (some better than others), and friends. The possibility of creating a network between his friends, inspirations, and mediums became the impetus for PRISM index.
