I posted a video of you singing a few songs this 4th of July Concert and you have only gotten better!! Angie, Bobby and especially the 6 year old Angie with a dream. : ) The first time we saw your Rollin’ In the Deep video my wife and I were so moved….as were thousands of others. But it was more than the music and the great band. It was that intangible element, that pure spirit and energy that spoke to us all without words. There are thousands of singers with ability and they often lead with that ability. But Angie, there are few that have amazing ability but lead with their pure spirit, their true voice like you do. It simply places you at another level. It’s what 76% of people perceived in you as you truly were at another level than Cheesa on The Voice. It’s what thousands heard as you sang the Anthem in Seattle straight forward and blew it out! It’s what moved Carson Daly…it’s what moves us all that delight in you and your music. I’m not sure what that “element” is called but I do believe that it comes directly from that 6 year old inside you that soars when she sings! Just ask Bobby, he knows this better than anyone. Stay true to that 6 year old Angie in your music and videos and you will continue to have that “edge” over so many others. Maybe one day you can record a song of support for those with PTSD and still fulfill your desire to help them. As for now, it’s happening! Soon we will see the “tote board” go past $30,000. This is good to see, seemed like it was stuck after the 177th backer for a while. Must have been that tweet I put out yesterday. ;-)

I guess if you want to see this happen we need to help get the word out. Just be aware there a lot of people that are fed up with kickstarter request on Twitter coming at them in larger than usual numbers lately. In other words, don't over do twitter, use facebook and email more if you can.

my stomach turns each time I check to see how it is going, I cannot believe with all the people that supported you through their comments when you were on The Voice that more people have not come through for this. I have put this out on my Facebook page and wish I could do more ($ wise) if I could I would give you the whole amount, I believe in you. My husband is a retired CW4 who served in Viet Nam, Iraq and Afghanistan and I support anyone in the military who needs it, so I am PROUD that you also add to your talent your military career.
