Sizing: What to do if the JoeyBra you ordered doesn't fit?
First off, thank you all for your support! We have been hearing that the size of the large has been running small. We recognize that ordering a bra online is difficult, because you cannot try it on. We are more than happy for you to send back the bra that didn't fit for either a refund or for an exchange, as we immediately started working with our manufacturer to get them to ensure that the larges will be true to fit for future orders.
We want to ensure that every customer is happy.
Where do I send my return?
We just switched to an incredible new fulfillment company. Please send your returned product, instructions for what you would like to do (either exchange for a new size or a refund), and your order number & name. Please also indicate that this was a kickstarter purchase.

Hi, I received my Joey bra in July, it was way too small, So I returned it with a letter and original shipment receipt. I did Not receive a credit for it yet, nor did I get a new larger bra. Please help!

I'm sending this bra to my daughter-in-law who lives in Germany. I won't know until she receives it whether or not it is too small. It could be a month in transit. Just letting you know I won't know if there is a size problem until she tries it on. Cheers/Terri
