Heidi,
We just sent you back an email.
Thank you!
Creator Heidi Hansen on January 28
Very disappointed. I was an early backer, very excited about this product. Once I finally received my Joey Bra, I was disappointed in the size, this is not a 34C. I returned the product following the directions in the July 2012 update. I have never heard back, no new bra or refund. I sent a follow up email in September, again no response.
Creator Virago on September 30, 2012
I didn't bother returning mine. It's not worth spending the money. I'll just donate it to Goodwill or something and consider it a lesson on Kickstarter.

Dearest I-Ching Lao & Alexis Clark,
Thank you both so very much for leaving us your comments here. We recently realized that our fulfiller had not been notifying us of any returns from Kickstarter users - they were just notifying us of any online e-commerce returns. Our fulfiller is in NJ, so we have no direct contact with each product as it comes in and out, and we rely heavily on our fulfiller to tell us about these returns. We deeply apologize for your wait, and we will be issuing all refunds via amazon payments.
Thank you so very much, and if you have further questions please contact:
Contact@JoeyBra.com
We wish to ensure that all products fit our customers and that everyone received either the exchanged or refund that they desire. We have had just a few issues that we have been working through regarding communication with our fulfiller and we hope that you can understand.
Warmest regards and the humblest apologies for your wait,
Team JoeyBra

Same here. Returned the bra, paying for my own shipping, and still haven't received a refund. I've been a backer on numerous other projects, and none of them disappointed me as much as JoeyBra.
Creator Alexis Clark Pariano on September 17, 2012
I have never received anything nor heard anything from this project!! Not a satisfied backer.
Creator Shauna on September 11, 2012
The bra that i got was too small, so I returned it to the address given at the end of July. I haven't seen or heard anything since...

I have never received anything and I completed my survey in July???
I would love to get them. Please let me know.

Did you receive the bra (shipped a long time ago)? Havent heard from you since :)?
Creator kevin oconnor on August 9, 2012
I was an original backer. To date I have not received anything. Help ?
Creator JoeyBra on July 17, 2012
Mike,
We just sent you an email regarding your request. We are more than happy to grant you a refund for both the shipping and the bra. In the spirit of Kickstarter, thank you for helping make JoeyBra evolve, mature, and transform so that it is a perfect fit our customers. We truly take your feedback to heart, and we just want everyone to understand that this first edition of JoeyBra is where we are working out all of the issues and we truly appreciate your patience and support. With further inquiries please first email us at contact@joeybra.com so that we can respond quickly.

I just send the bra back.
I had to pay for it so get it send back.
It should arrive soon. Would love to be contacted to get this worked out properly.
Creator Tory Miller on July 12, 2012
why must I pay to return my bra to you? why should I take a photo to show how the strap totally unravelled from it's hook? Now, I am so angry I could sh*t my pants. never again, NEVER. I want full refund AND a self addressed stamped envelope in which to return this bra. Thank you.
Creator Kathleen Mulcahy on July 12, 2012
Just wanted to let you know that I got the medium and it's definitely not a 34B. It's more like a 30A. I wear 34A everyday and I couldn't get it closed around me. Also there are a lot of threads hanging off of it. It's a great idea - maybe consider getting a new company to make the product.
Creator Jane Ingram on July 10, 2012
Jeez, this large bra does not fit 34C. I mean, I'm a large 34C, but this is just ridiculously small. There is no way I can actually wear this.
Creator Tory Miller on July 5, 2012
Mine broke without me even putting it on all the way! Thank you for the recent email, because I do want to return it.
Creator Emily McKinzie on July 4, 2012
I received my "large" bra last week - and I agree with Katherine: there is NO WAY I can even try it on. I will be sending it back.
Creator Katherine S Magwene on July 3, 2012
This bra is unbelievably small. No way I can even try it on. Can backers exchange the JoeyBra they received for one that is larger?
Creator Samantha Perera on July 1, 2012
Wow, just got mine in the mail today and there's no WAY it fits a 32D! So incredibly uncomfortable, and I'd be surprised if it fits anyone with a 36 band size. It also is a very poor quality garment in and of itself. When I tried to put an iPhone in there it felt ridiculous and was obvious under any of the shirts I tried it with, besides black (and who wants to wear black all the time?). The one good thing I could say about it is that you can indeed fit cards/a bit of cash there, but as the boyfriend said - "How are you gonna get your phone when it rings or a card when you need to pay anything without reaching really conspicuously down your top?" Very bad first Kickstarter experience. I feel like a fool for giving JoeyBra my thirty bucks!
Creator LINDA RAY on May 30, 2012
AS I DANCE ALMOST EVERY WEEKEND FOR EXERCISE, I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WHAT TO DO WITH MY CELL PHONE. HOW ARE MY FRIENDS TO FIND ME, ETC. IF THEY CAN'T TEXT. SOME OF MY CLOTHES HAVE POCKETS, SOME DO NOT. THANKS FOR A GREAT IDEA. LINDA
Creator nvnusman on May 21, 2012
Now I'm asking my FB gal friends who want the one I'm receiving, 'cuz I don't need it. I'm glad to see the new vids, because they show the mere use of the joey is not provocative. Among the signs that men and women's brains are significantly different are how women consider their apparel: I believe they view these appurtenances as tools as much as clothing. clothes, make-up, shoes ... maybe I'm wrong but they seem to be as much for effect as function ... joey obvious is both!
Creator nvnusman on May 1, 2012
'Kay: First; Good to know there's another Rex out there: we're an endangered species. Second, as great as this concept it, nobody is addressing the marketing opportunity of the visual of a woman reaching inside her blouse! Not to be nasty but, really? Remember the moments on film where the woman stashes a tip down her cleavage? Not being PC here, just realistic! Guys are hardwired to pay attention to gal's chests. Glad I invested!
Creator Sire Ralph Dagza on April 30, 2012
Why didn't I think of that?
Creator Ed Hurtley on April 27, 2012
Alright, we were just going to do the T-Shirt, but my wife is hoping the large runs a little larger than it says. (And/or that she will be able to drop down to your Large by the time it's out.)
Creator Rex Gentry on April 20, 2012
This is one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" great ideas. What an effective, simple and useable solution for security and freedom. And a huge market! Won't be long before this catches the eye of Victoria Secret!
