During World War Two, German Nazis thugs and gunman especially targeted Jewish children for extermination. The stated Nazi rationale for this  infanticide was: "In order to rid the world of cockroaches one must kill the eggs." That is an actual statement by a member of the Nazi SS. Our film, AMIDAH, tells the survival stories of children of the Holocaust who were safely hidden from the Nazi brutality. We interview several of these "hidden children" now living as adults in Kansas, Oregon and Vermont. The majority of interviews are done and we are asking for finishing funds to complete production.Our outfit, World Wide Film Expedition, is registered with the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit since 1983. All the film work, editing and distribution is volunteered. No salaries are paid. That is how we like to work. All our funding is strictly for production expenses and our films are distributed on a cost basis. We are very grateful for your consideration and help. Thank you!

I took this clip of Henry Weinstock directly off the editing program for the film, AMIDAH. I think viewers will  find this very real working image interesting. Henry Weinstock is a hidden child survivor of the Holocaust who now lives in Jericho, Vermont. Henry was hidden in a Belgium seminary for two years while his father, Eugene Weinstock, was incarcerated in Buchenwald. In this clip Henry is reading from his fathers' famous book about Buchenwald, Beyond the Last Path. During the reading Henry is suddenly flooded with memories, looks up and speaks to the viewer directly.
