Hey there! We are The Scarlet Ending, a 6 piece Indie Rock band from Syracuse, NY. Featuring 3 part harmonies, violin, cello, piano, and melodica among the mix of an average rock band, we have a unique sound that fans often have a hard time comparing anything else to.

We have been fortunate enough to tour all over the world in support of US troops with Armed Forces Entertainment and USO in Greenland, Germany, and the Middle East. We have also shared the stage with The Fray, Rufus Wainwright, Good Old War, Dillinger Escape Plan, Envy on the Coast, Jack's Mannequin, Mother Mother, and many, many more.

We are and always have been a self-booked band, and for that reason it has been very difficult to provide adequate funds to tour far outside of our home base. Because of that we've stayed pretty local because we simply cannot afford to head west.

Recently we were offered an amazing opportunity to make two music videos in Vancouver, BC with award-winning Canadian filmmaker CJ Wallis in mid-October (most recently having done a music video for Sarah Slean). Having high quality music videos would be invaluable to our band to gain a larger fan base, and aid in every facet of promotion. In addition, traveling all the way to the west coast will be very beneficial to The Scarlet Ending to hopefully raise awareness of our band to geographic areas we haven't been able to reach out to other than social networking.

However, the cost of gas money and food in addition to the travel, housing and rental of the space for the music videos will be enormous for a band of our size, and that's where you guys come in!

We really appreciate all of your support in this project for us. Helping us out with this 'mission' will not only allow us to make fantastic (and much needed) music videos with CJ Wallis, but also give us the opportunity to get to the west coast and travel across the US, playing as many shows as we can along the way. We have already made so many friends from touring, and that's really only been in the northeast! The more money we raise, the more touring we'll be able to do. The more touring we do, the more music we'll be able to make. And we want to be able to make music for a very, very long time.
