Mrs. Parton - Moms Mabley's sister-in-law
Many of you may or may not know that Moms Mabley's brother wrote a lot of her material. Mrs. Parton was Moms Mabley's sister-in-law and I had the great pleasure of interviewing her a few months ago for the documentary. She was close to 100 years old, sharp as a tack and had a lot of great stories. I'm sadden to write that Mrs. Parton passed away two days ago. It was an honor to speak with her and I can't wait for all of you to see her on the film. Mrs. Parton - I hope you're up there dancing away with your husband.
