Our Final Hours
Okay ya all, these are my final hours and anything you can do to help would be appreciated. Again, a lot of you have given even when you couldn't and I'm grateful beyond words and those who really weren't able to, I 100%, totally understand. Your kind words, your amazing support and all you have done for me will never be forgotten. I said it before and I'll say it again, "Thank you!" Okay, I'm going to tape "The View" and hope that we make this in the next seven hours. Here's to Moms!
Hello Everybody
Three days to go and I'm just looking at my computer for the first time this weekend. A lot of you are asking about a mention on "The View". "The View" is an ABC/Disney owned show and I'm not allowed to make any mention of Kickstarter. There's the answer. I feel like I keep repeating myself with all of these "thank you, thank you, thank you" updates but honestly how do you even say thanks to all of you who reached into your pocket - even when you didn't have it, or upped your reward or just wrote some kind words to me? All I have are the words "thank you" and a promise to make this a great documentary. It's a bit scary since it's the first time I'm doing this. And Ellwood, I keep pulling you out of the crowd because you took the bull by the horns when I couldn't - I don't know you but I sure am lucky to have you on my side. So, here's to the next three days. I didn't do this the typical way and caught a lot of heat because I'm "Whoopi" and Whoopi's not supposed to be on here because for some reason I'm not supposed to need help. Well, all of you who have spent the past month working with me on this have all the answers. This is going to fall where it falls and I'm going to get this project made one way or another. So, THANK YOU! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. My family just arrived from Los Angeles so I'm a happy girl.
