Pots by Char is a unique pottery located on Fiume Rosso Farms in SE Oklahoma. Fiume Rosso Farms is a family owned and operated vineyard and orchard which grows grapes and fruits for incorporation into homemade jams, jellies and juices. At Pots by Char we make the vessels which contain the jams, jellies and juices produced by Fiume Rosso Farms. Our land is situated on a prime deposit of pottery grade clay which we utilize in the production of our custom made pottery. Centuries ago the Caddo Indians used this same clay body to make beautiful pots and vessels which adorn our museums today. The project we propose would clear a portion of our land to access the clay deposits so that we might incorporate them into the clay body we will use to make the custom pottery we will be offering you for your rewards.
From my hands to yours is a project which will put more of my work into the hands of the public.
