First day of tracking
Just completed our first day of tracking. We began with some of our most difficult undertakings, namely an arrangement of Corcovado that incorporates not only the great Jobim tune, but elements of Astor Piazzolla's Milonga Del Angel, as well as Libertango. It is a really trying piece that is being pulled off brilliantly by the top notch musicians of Swing Je T'aime. We also tracked Andrew Lloyd Weber's "All I Ask of You," Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World," and a new original called "Crema de la Crema" (is it about new love, or a coffee maker. . . the world will never know).

Thank you everyone for making this album a possibility. We have our first sessions scheduled for the end of June! We have an all-star line up of guest artists as always to participate on the album.
