The songs you love to hate from the 60s and 70s played by a fantastic collection of musicians. As if they were good songs!
The idea was originally to do something funny; to take a bunch of songs that I hated growing up and do them with great singers and players as if they were good songs. But it turned out that these all brought up great memories and turned out to be much deeper than they seemed in my memory. They are not simply funny, they are played and sung with love and can be quite touching.
But I need to pay for the royalties to record and release the songs, so I am asking for donations to get the clearances.
One of the great things about the project is that it's ongoing. I have already released the first six songs on iTunes and I am planning to release a new song roughly every month.
