The recording of my first CD "Senses" is finished and I am almost ready to share it. I need your support to help create the cover.
Amigos, mes amis, Friends:
On October 5th, I am moving to Paris, France to write, play music, learn French, and experience new inspiration. Earlier in the summer, I made a promise to myself. I promised that before I head across the pond, I would put together a dream I've had for years...professionally record my songs so that I may introduce myself, and my music, to another part of the world.
This is my first studio recorded album.
The EP includes themes of, moving to a new state, disaster, drug addiction, and experiencing the essential peace and rest that is vital to our lives. The songs are decorated with colorful instrumentation and harmonies from Austin's own talent: Kullen Fuchs, Mateo Clarke, Joey McGill and producer, Darwin Smith.
The process has been a learning experience at every step. We started recording in August and now we're finished. However, because of limited funds, I need your help. I need to raise $500 by September 28th to have the CD reproduced and the album covers made.
If this Kickstarter campaign is funded, I can share my music with you and new fans to come.
This CD is about Life.
