A final thank you to you before the rewards are organized and sent...
You turn people toward art and expression, like a plant opens to the sun - and under your supportive gaze, people open to themselves and the world.
I had the great gift of filming the performers after the last show. I asked them each individually to reflect on what the experience of I Knew That Once was for them. For some, it was an incredible experience of moving past what they thought they could do. For others, it was a powerful experience of community like they've never had before. For some, it was life changing and they are ready to take a turn onto an expanded, inspired road from this point forward. You provided that.
There is a quote by Rumi that says, Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. This is our work. It is done through the body and creative self expression. You are our sun. Thank you.
