The garage band origin story is a bit played out, don't you think?

We found a better use for ours. We make beer: great-tasting, all-grain ales, hand-poured and passed to our friends.

We're big fans of craft beer: small-batch blends that both honor and challenge the traditions. (We're talking monks here, not poster models.) On one level, it's simple – grains, hops, yeast and water – but on another, it's open to interpretation, improvisation and trial-and-error garage science.

We think we've figured it out. And not just because our friends keep inviting us back.

The truth is, we brew the kind of beer we'd want at the end of an epic day. Because we deserve it.

We want to take the next step. We want to move out of the garage. And to do that, we need more friends. There's a trend now called “crowd-funding.” It's a fancy term that means personally investing in the success of a local business. Because let’s face it, we’ll need a little cash to get all this brewing off the ground.

It's still old-school brewing – tanks, hoses and boiling water. It's just a slightly bigger garage.
