About this project
Otis Under Sky is a narrative feature length film shot on a very low budget. All of our hard work payed off and it will be screened at SXSW Film Festival. We have three weeks to finish the score to the film, do the final color correction and sound mix, and publicize the event.
We plan to raise some funds that will enable us to expedite these final stages in getting the film ready for the theaters.
This film has been made possible because of all the support from friends, family, and the Austin Community. Local businesses have donated equipment, locations, and support to aide in the filming and editing.
With continued support, Otis Under Sky will finish BIG and be all that it can be. We appreciate any donation, even if its $5.00 or $1,000.00!

Anlo Sepulveda has written, directed, and edited numerous narrative short films such as Bovinity Divinity and One Dollar Poem. He has also created many documentary films such as UPLIFT Uganda, Camp Casey, and Ahmad. Recently, Anlo teamed up with a Scottish bag piper and made a documentary about their travels and misadventures through Cuba in Cuban Pipers. It was an Official Selection at Si, Cuba Film Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Anlo also worked as the director of photography for the Foreign Image Films: Out for Blood II: Out for More Blood and Brodie's Boys and The Dumb Asian featured at the Vietnamese International Film Festival. Otis Under Sky is Anlo's first feature.
