The critically acclaimed Baby Wants Candy has been invited to perform at the prestigious Assembly Rooms at the 2011 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. BWC will bring its signature brand of comedy to the UK!

Baby Wants Candy creates a completely improvised musical with a full-band. Everything is made up on the spot. The singing, the lyrics, the music the band plays and the choreography all are made up in front of your eyes.

Baby Wants Candy unites some of the brightest up-and-coming comedic talent with phenomenal musicians (including our uber-talented musical director Jody Shelton, featured in the video above!)

We currently have shows in Chicago & New York.  Our cast has included Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), Nicole Parker (MADtv, Elphaba in "Wicked" on Broadway), Jeff Hiller (Broadway's "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson") and Peter Gwinn (writer Colbert Report)

Why Baby Wants Candy in Edinburgh?

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is an incredible gathering and is the BIGGEST theater festival in the world.  It's also an incredible experience for our cast, band and crew.  We draw from local musicians as well as local production staff from throughout the UK to make the run successful.

But it's very expensive to do this run.  We are in need of funds to cover air fare as well as marketing the Baby Wants Candy show to UK audiences.

From our run at the Fringe, we want to launch a European, Asian and Australian tour!
