Ed. this is a wonderful idea. I hope people will read and view your innovative way of raising awareness for an issue of importance in the world today. One of the most effective way for a just world is empower the poor, the marginalized and the oppressed by giving them an opportunity to live a normal life. Zimbabwe has a great potential and the people are very hopeful. I pledge my total support for this project. Kennedy

I grew up in Angola, Africa as the son of missionary parents. High school was in Ridgewood, NJ, and then college at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. After med school at Indiana University, I was in the US Public Health Service for two years and taught Public Health in Ethiopia for two years before entering family practice. Since retirement in 1996, I have made several Volunteer-in-Mission trips to Zimbabwe, most recently in July and August, 2009. Our team is building a Skills Training Center near Mutare in Eastern Zimbabwe. When it is completed, the center will offer classes in many practical skills that will be very useful as Zimbabwe recovers economically over the next few years. I'm committed to helping in Zimbabwe in whatever way I can, and I plan to teach there over the next few years. In spite of all the difficulties they have experienced over the past few years, people in Zimbabwe have hope again. They have wonderful potential!
