Welcome to Unifire Theater's kickstart Project.

 Based in Asheville, NC, Unifire Theatre is a one-of-a-kind performance that blends theater with fire arts from around the globe. Each stunning show tells a story that is woven with fire and enhanced by expert choreography and costuming. The troupe is committed to bringing you a spectacularly visual story while preserving the art of fire manipulation and dance. The result is an incredible experience that is both breathtaking and enlightening. You will be astounded at the skill of these artists as they spin, juggle, breathe, toss, and eat fire while remaining completely unscathed. With the use of classical fire styles dating back hundreds of generations to the ever evolving pyrotechnic arts, we've brought many mythical casts and creatures to the stage to tell amazing tails stretching the imagination with a fiery excitement.

Unifire can perform for large events as well as weddings and birthdays. Some shows are fun and playful and suitable for all ages while others are an expression of the darker, sultry side of fire that has fascinated man through the ages. In the past a few of our dragon costumes although large enough to trample over a truck have all been piloted by a single skilled performer. This video's funding will be used in the construction of a suit outfitted to contain up nine Unifire members simultaneously.  Most of the materials used in the building process are recycled materials as it gives us a one of a kind stage presence that is near impossible to recreate. We do use A Lot of Fire, Stunning Pryotecnic Effects, and Warn viewers not to try this a home without proper training.

Detail Updates:

-The basic model is formed after a Hybrid of Eastern and Western dragons contains stories and elements of each. Blending the look of street parade dragons from the chinese tradition to the victorian steam punk and cyber futuristic fantasy. 

-The Head contains a pilot operator for eye functions, smoke effects, and mobility functions as well as a fire-performer able to emerge from with-in. 

-The head on the dragon can open fully and a djinn steps out breaths a massive plume of fire. Reaches out and grabs the whiskers off the face which when detached become matching fire whips. After a Stunning series of Double Whip Rhythms Re-attaches the whips to the face and is swallowed by the Dragon. 

- Several segments of the body also contain performers each with their own forms of art to add to the dance segments of the performance.

-The tail will be as impressive as the head as a twelve foot fire fan opens and closes as a pinion of the phoenix and dragon united into one mythical creation.
