UPDATE: Hello!

  So amazingly we have reached our $5,000 goal!!!! This is truly a blessing!!.. Thanks again to all of you who have already donated!! It means a lot to me and my team so I thank you for me and for them!

 We do still need to raise the ultimate goal of $15,000 and kickstarter said you can keep going above your goal as long as people are willing to donate :) So don't let that 5,000 goal scare you off!

 Also I have started a BLOG for "Losing Ferguson" I plan to keep it updated all throughout the making of the film and thereafter so you guys can all see the progress of the film!

ABOUT:

"Losing Ferguson" Is a script I wrote for AFIsDirecting Workshop for Women Program. AFIs DWW is a non-profit film program that is designed to provide women who have established themselves in the film/tv/theater industry with the opportunity to direct their own narrative shorts.

WHY I AM RAISING MONEY:

Each participant needs to raise money to produce their film. My films budget is $15,000. I have started my goal out at $5,000 because I need to raise that amount by MAY 9th(the start of the program). The rest of the money needs to be raised between now and the completion of the film.

The money raised will go towards producing this film. AFI provides film and camera gear, which is HUGE!.. But I need to raise money for:

Costumes,Catering,Props,Set Dressing,Location fees, Rentals(trucks for gear),Sound design, Hair and make-up...... and much more :)

"Losing Ferguson" Is a film about a girl who's world is turned upside down when her imaginary friend, Ferguson, abruptly breaks up with her. 

With your generous contribution, I will be able to complete "Losing Ferguson" with the artistic integrity I invision.
