About this project
The Story:
Violent Skies is the story of Vincent Fox, a gun-for-hire with strange cosmic powers who must fight against the government and other super-powered assassins in order to find his long lost brother. The UN has taken complete control of the planet. With the sky changed to a strange shade of blue and purple, the cries of revolution are ringing violently through the streets and Vincent is caught in the middle of it all.
The Kickstarter:
Will be used to fund the creative team for the first issue of the five issue series and do a limited print run for pitching to publishers, publishing digitally independently, and for limited sale.

Previous Credits:
Kenny Porter writes the blog Sequential Review and has written a short comic called "The Hoax" which will be published by Viper Comics in their anthology series Cryptophobia.
Kendall Goode studied sequential art at the Savannah College of Art and Design and has his own blog called Artmageddon where he posts some of his work. He drew and inked the short comic "The Hoax" that will be released by Viper Comics.
Plans for Violent Skies:
We've been putting this comic together for a year now and all of the parties involved are really passionate about the project. If we aren't picked up by a publisher we'll continue to release the series digitally and independently because we feel that it's a story we have to tell.
