Update #7: Home Stretch!
Hey Ya'll!
15 hours and we're SO CLOSE. Lets have another lesson about making CERAMICS!!! Here is a video from the Rhode Island School of Design (where I went to grad school) that I made with my peers Ben Peterson, Judit Kollo and Kevin Bouck! We made this video for our department so everyone can see how awesome, sane and safe ceramic departments are!
But thats not ALL! Here is a performance piece where Abigail Blank, one of my many alter egos, threw air dry clay (basically Play Dough) on a pottery wheel and glazed the work with resin, glitter and Swarovski crystals. This performance ended when a piece of a wine glass I was drinking out of, and shattering on the floor, got into my clay and my glove filled with blood. Good times. I will be re-creating a rendition of this piece at the upcoming RedBat Studios Exhibition in April! Check it out.
Update #6: 64 Hours... Of Chaos!
Hey all you wonderful people! How's your day? Oh... Yeah? You should probably get that checked out.
