Fully Funded! (And some cool GK art)
This morning I awoke and sat down at my computer with coffee. On my screen were two skype messages from people saying "Congratulations!". It took a moment to register, then I opened up kickstarter. YES! We had just passed $300K, thanks to many increased pledges and new donors over the past few days and one $10K backer with impeccable timing.
I feel relief, a bit of shock and disbelief, gladness -- but mostly gratitude and humility. It's amazing that we can say, "Hey, guys, how about investing in a wouldn't-it-be-cool-if?" and people are willing to play along. THANK YOU.
Bob is flying back from a Scarlet Furies gig in CA this weekend, and I want to wait til he's here to do a video update. But I did dig out some old treasures recently, and this seems a good time to share them with you. HAPPY SUNDAY!

Sure, we'll give feedback along the way, probably more than you can take, but Moebius is Pinkerton's project. I can't wait to see what you dream up, and I'm so happy I could play a small part in making it happen.

Jane!! this is great you are pursuing the dream you've always had in the back of your mind starting to develop arms and legs. I am so proud of you for the persistence and connection with your backers. We all hope to see Gabriel Knight 4 one day and I am sure we can make this happen thanks to all of us here!!! For those who are not familiar with the classic title start playing the games. If you get stuck you can always consult the Gabriel Knight forums that will help you overcome difficult obstacles in the games, but it is always nice to see how you solve it yourself and understand the logic of the game and most importantly the rich and enticing story that will lure you in all throughout the process. Gaming is no longer a fighting activity. Jane Jensen brings you full and thought provoking adventures that pick your brain and make you think and she draws into a game that essentially becomes a good alternative for a good book with amazing imagery. The artists, developers, and Jane herself along with her family work hard to make games they are passionate about and show it in their work. Trust me you'll know a good game once you play a Jane Jensen masterpiece. Sincere congratulations to Jane and her team that will make us backers and fans enjoy the most of it. People- we are getting an exclusive access to game industry content, something that was never done in Game industry history! This is a new concept that will go a long way and make all of us very excited!
