NYC Resistor is a technology space in Brooklyn, NY. We learn, share, and make things. Our goal is to help people love and use technology in interesting ways.
We use our space to work on projects, teach classes, host lectures, and just generally make things. We have 30 full time members and a great community both here in Brooklyn and on the internet. Past projects have included an ineractive party featuring a home built robot bartender, a sandwich building robot, life sized Katamari, and enough blinking lights to make you blind.
Check out our blog, where we show off our projects an announce events, http://www.nycresistor.com or flip through our Flickr photo pool to get an idea of what goes on here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/nycresistor/
