Li Pallas is a Low Tech Interaction Designer and Narrative Installation Artist in Washington, DC. Her work involves researching and channeling methods of graphic, landscape, and interior design through mediums of silk screen or sculptural installations to achieve miniutopias of increased social activity, empathy, and sustainable communities. She enjoys crossing storytelling with journalism and constructing optimistic metaphors in both visual and and written languages. When possible she prefers to insert herself into the piece: collecting stories, drawings, and mapping the interactions people have.
She is in constant awe of tiny things that move such as subatomic particles, insects and kittens. She is fond of handmade elements and chocolate. She is a facilitator, a graphic designer, a farmer, and a book artist. She also just makes prints.
