My friend Alicia, runs the West Broadway Farmer's Market. It is tied to the West Broadway Coalition. They could help with finding a space. Another Broadway institution, Kindred Kitchen, functions as an incubator for small businesses. Or, maybe even the Midtown Global Market could work.

Thanks for the update....I am still looking forward to my dozen! I will plan on a day that I have guests for breakfast, knowing about the shelf life . The eco containers sound wonderful. I appreciate your socially responsible approach and mission.....and if it takes a little longer to achieve...so be it. Good luck with the research on ingredients that will promote a longer "freshness" window. (I bet they get eaten very fast ..and shelf-life needn't be too long : ) K Koch

Posted project update #29Bakin' Madness
Well, as of tonight, we'll be almost halfway through with delivering our custom backer donuts. It's been a really fun, rewarding challenge churning these flavors out all day long, and then getting to see the delight on people's faces when we show up on their doorstep (why we nixed the ding-dong-ditch idea.....kidding).

Awesome!
Could you give examples? What's been the most interesting/challenging custom donut to date?
