Hey everyone, all packages have been shipped. We ask that you allow one week for packages to arrive - there are several factors here (post office times, location of delivery, etc) If after a week, you have not gotten your package, then we ask that you contact us concerning it. We hope you all either already have or will get the packages soon and we thank you for your continued support.

Hello TFK Army!
Thank you all again for your incredible support for the band during this entire process - we're so excited to finally be able to share this music with you all (pre-orders available on iTunes, Amazon and more now, in case you missed your chance with Kickstarter)!
We'd also like to remind everyone to complete the Kickstarter survey to provide us the necessary information to fulfill your packages. This was an informal survey you should have received by email over the last month - if you have NOT received this survey, please contact us directly at adam@thefuelmusic.com, and we'll make sure everything is taken care of.
Packages will be sent out on Friday of this week and the following Tuesday - if you don't receive your package, or if you have any issues, we are available via email to sort through any questions or issues you may have.
Again, thank you all for your love, support, and we can't wait to see you all out on the road this year!

P.S. One final clarification - if you ordered a DIGITAL album package, you will receive your access codes on Tuesday, April 10th, and there is NO survey to complete.

commented on a project updateWe hear you! We are addressing all asap. It was not our intention for the album to leak as it did. All of you will get the digital album by no later than April 10th as promised. The pre-sells taking place at retail right now are just that--kind of like reserving your copy, buying it early--- but will not be delivered until the street date of 4-17. All of you will have by April 10th. Some of the mistakes here should not have happened and we are addressing quickly. All of you will be taken care of we promise! We are working on all the packages you supported us with. You are the most important fans we have. Sorry for the lack of communication. Another update to come shortly. Thank you all for your patience.

Having said this, I got a response within half an hour from Mendy, which left me with the impression she has come on board to help the remaining issues get sorted out more smoothly. If you are having difficulty getting in touch with Adam, try mendy@thefuelmusic.com.
I know I tried messaging her and included my conversation email I had with Adam as well as my two follow up emails which he ignored. She still has not contacted me. I posted here (above) when I sent the message, and still no reply. Get really impatient. I know this is not the band's fault, so there is no hard feeling toward them in the least, but I am really starting do dislike FuelMusic.
I'm beginning to wonder if those of us who are having troubles, will ever get our packages. After 2 months I'm starting to feel a little screwed by TheFuelMusic :( (someone had to say it)
