Charles, I would be happy to answer your question. To publish a new game, we need cash. We have inventory available of other games that we sell, which have value, but they must be converted to cash before we can use that value toward another game. So we offer them as a reward for backing this game in order to help raise the funds we need to move forward with it. Thanks!

When we are ready to deliver the rewards, we will send out a survey that will include a list of games to choose from. You can select the game you want from this list.

70% Funding and a New Reward Level

    Hi Everyone,

Off Your Rocker has passed 70%! Thank you for helping us reach this important milestone!

However, with only 5 days left, we need one last push to reach our funding goal, or else the project will fail and no funding will be received. Please hang in there and continue to spread the word so that we can reach our goal and give you the rewards you have signed up for!

As requested, we have added another reward level. The DOTTY level includes one copy of Off Your Rocker and TWO other games from Stratus Games! The choices are: Gold Mine, Launch Pad, Eruption, and DiceAFARI. You can find out more about these games on our website.

    Thank you!

New Reward Level and a Special Offer

    Hi everyone,

We've added a new reward level! The BATTY level includes 2 copies of Off Your Rocker for only $35. Get a copy for yourself and one for a friend - but be careful, your friends will be fighting over the extra copy once they give the game a try.

Time is running out! We have 11 days to gather an additional $4,500, which is certainly attainable, but we need your help! Please consider increasing your pledge and/or encouraging your friends again to take the plunge. Remember that we must reach our goal in order to receive any funding.

We have a mini-sample of the game available in PDF form, which we are planning on sharing with our backers after the project funds. However, if you promise to be an "evangelist" for this project by recommending the game and playing it with your friends prior to May 21, we just might be willing to share it with you early! Send us a message if you're interested!

    Thanks!

Kevin, Thank you for your support and your confidence in us! We certainly pride ourselves in delivering the best products we can to our customers. I'm sure you'd enjoy either one, but if I had to choose one for a 6 year old, I would say Gold Mine is the better choice. Launch Pad is a bit more complex and the strong "take that" factor may not be suitable for the younger ones. With Gold Mine, you can start him on the standard rules and then add several of our optional rules as he grows older to always keep him (and his dad!) challenged: http://www.stratusgames.com/optional-rules/gold-mine
