Posted project update #2Canceling this Kickstarter campaign and moving to our own funding page
Post CommentHello, unfortunately after experimenting and researching the Kickstarter crowd funding tool. I have decided that it's really not worth it and that we would be better off using and creating our own funding page on the Star Kids website. It turns out that Kickstarter is great if you don't have an organized project. It helps you do that. But in our case our project is already organized. The only donations came from people we know so there is really no advantage to using the tool and dealing with all the hassles involved with it, like the fees, and delayed payments etc. So as of right now, we are going to shut down the Kickstarter page and cancel the Kickstarter campaign. First I want to say we really do appreciate your support. If you are still interested (which we hope you are) and if it's not too much trouble (which we hope it isn't) please redo your pledge/donation at the new funding page on the website here: http://starkidsmovie.yolasite.com/donate-crowdfund-clone.php it uses paypal.
Once the Kickstarter campaign is cancelled, you will not be charged and if you have been charged your payment will be refunded by kickstarter/amazon payments.
Everything on the new page is the same as on Kickstarter and the perks are the same.
I really do apologize for any inconvenience and if you have any questions please call or email me at206-249-7319.
Thank you for all of your support.~ Will Spiritdancecr

Check out the new video we just uploaded to the Kickstarter page. It does a much better job of explaining why this project needs support.
