I am writing you because my first video is complete!!! Melinda James did a great job and I am so grateful to her and to you all for helping to make this happen! As promised I am having a video release party! YAY!
Date: Monday, May 28th, 2012
Time: 7-10pm
Location: Eastside Arts Alliance -2277 International Blvd. Oakland, Ca
I will be screening the video, there will also be a DJ so we can groove a little lol, and I will have hard copies of the mixtape for backers that I will be signing with the personal message that you want :). I am still working on the t-shirts, so you all will get those ASAP! So, please join me! After this I will be headed to the East Coast, so catch me now! Love yall!
*If you can not make it, let me know. I can meet up with you before June 1st or I will have to mail your cd to you later if that is apart of your gift.

I have made my goal and then some because of you and I am eternally grateful to you all! To be supported in this way means so much to me as a person and an independent artist. I could not have done it without you and I will not let you down!
The work has now just begun. I will begin constructing your prize packages and working with the director Melinda James to film both videos! Hopefully, I will be releasing a video at the top of the year! By the end of March/beginning of April your prizes should be in your hands and the party will come soon after that!
So, look out for more messages from me to get your mailing and size info and to get an invitation to the party! Woohoo!
