Posted project update #6ON IT - New Direction for Film Score
Post CommentHappy Holidays, dear Kickstarter backers!
We were hoping to deliver ON IT to you all wrapped with a big ribbon for the holidays, but we have run into a glitch with the film scoring. We are going to move on with a different composer and that means spending more time to build a music vision all over again.
We're excited to establish a working relationship with a new composer and the hunt is on! We will keep you posted on our progress.
Thank you for believing in us and our work!
Cheers,
Heather and ChrisP.S. Remember, you can always watch the teaser trailer here:

Posted project update #4A thousand thanks!

Huge, huge thanks to our AWESOME backers! You've made us 103% successful. Thank you for your overwhelming support and all the other ways you back us in our filmmaking! We just finished principal photography--guerilla-style--jumping on and off a San Francisco bus with only our main actors, Aliza Rupert and Tom Lazur. Without any other crew members, we were pretty shorthanded, but Aliza and Tom eagerly pitched right in and helped us with props, lighting, and anything else we needed. These guys are professionals at their best! We already know you're gonna love them in this movie, but you should also know they're simply fantastic people too.
Now we're ready to dive into editing and use all this amazing footage! Stay tuned for details and we'll keep you updated.
THANKS AGAIN for helping make this film project possible!

It's great to see the enthusiasm of your supporters, friends and the actors. What an honor to see the showing of "Omakase" at AgeSong this last weekend! I sense that you will continue to do well and can't wait until a showing has to be in a larger venue.

Post CommentWhat an incredible ride on the bus! With such a hardworking and talented cast and crew, we ran right on schedule and got all the shots we needed.
Check out what happened on the bus and see how fast the day went by for us!

We're still need your help in getting all the way to our pledge goal on Kickstarter! Please alert your network that there's a great film project they can support for just $5 or $10, and send them our way. And thank you, dear backers, for all the lovin' you've already given! -

Posted project update #2The Blind Date Rehearsal
Post CommentHow did our main characters meet and fall in love?
We asked the actors to answer this question in a rehearsal that we ran as an improv exercise one night. Watch the highlights of that night here: http://vimeo.com/14831181!
We are revved up and ready to shoot on Sunday! We have just 8 more days to make our target pledge goal. Please ask your network to support an indie project for as little as $5 or $10, get cool rewards, and our enthusiastic thanks!

Thanks, and we'll update you after the shoot!

Will there be a bus to take people to the first screening?
It looks so great!
Madeline Behrens-Brigham
Great idea Madeline!
Hey, perhaps the first screening should be ON a bus :)
