    Royal Flush Success!!

    Hello everyone!

I just wanted to send one final Kickstarter status update for everyone before we go to print. As you know by know, we reached our fundraising goals and I can't be more excited and touched by your collective generosity.

The road the create this unique magazine has been a long and arduous one. Each issue takes close to a year to assemble and execute, and it involves on average, 40-50 contributors each go around. The current issue in production is by far the most impressive to date. We're proud to bring in new exciting talent for you each time, and this issue will definitely reflect that with amazing contributions from some legendary names like Al Jaffee, Tim Bradtstreet, Ed Repka, Jim Mahfood, Bob Fingerman, Frank Miller, Mike Edison and Chip Kidd. And also contributions from some new talent like Dave Alexander, Justin Erickson, Allyson Ruvolo, Kristin Koefoed, Jay Jay Jackson, Lorenzo Mariani and Paige Reynolds will leave you dazed and amazed.

The first chance to see Book Seven will be at the NY Comic Con, the weekend of October 9-10 at the Javits Center. The new issue will be on sale officially nationwide on Tuesday, October 12th and by the end of October/early November, all of you will receive your Flush rewards that you have been promised. I can't wait for all of you to enjoy your prizes and collectibles. Thanks again friends!!

Some other big news that I can now officially announce is that we'll be hosting both a huge Book Signing Event as well as an insane Book release party -I hope to see as many of you as I can at these killer events.

Monday October 11th -The Royal Flush Book Seven book signing event with ROB ZOMBIE & ED REPKA!!
the legendary heavy metal icon / film director will be signing copies of ROYAL FLUSH and his new record exclusively!!

Friday October 15th - The 7th Annual Royal Flush Magazine Full Release Party at the Warsaw featuring KAIJU BIG BATTLE!
There will be a limited edition poster made for this show by poster icon FRANK KOZIK, who is coming out of retirement to do this!

Tuesday October 26th -We will be releasing the deluxe edition of Royal Flush featuring a 3-D lenticular hologram Rob Zombie cover exclusively with our friends at Barnes and Nobles and will be limited to only 1,000 copies.

Thanks again to all of you for reaching out and keeping this mighty dream alive. Royal Flush means a lot of things to a lot of people and your support will help keep this weird twisted dream alive and publishing into the future. We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you, I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart.

Here's hoping you all have a wonderful Labor Day weekend and I hope to see you all soon.

    Sincerely

    Josh

    Royal Flush Project Update #1

    Hey everybody

Hope all of you are doing well. Your support is so appreciated by me.

I wanted to check in and give you an update on the Royal Flush Book Seven project.
We just got back from an amazing trip to the San Diego Comic Con where we not only made tons of news fans, sold plenty of back issues, but conducted 3 of the most major interviews for the next issue.

Those interviews include our double cover story on both music/movie legend Rob Zombie that was conducted by our Steve Chanks and the cast of the hit show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" that was conducted by yours truly.

These two cover stories are news-worthy enough, but to have the legendary Ep Repka of Megadeth fame to paint the Rob Zombie cover is nothing short of a miracle. The cover are is in and it is truly a stunning artistic achievement! Speaking of miracles, Flush's own in-house illustration master, Patrick McQuade takes aim at the 5 hilarious characters of the FX TV show while combining them into the setting of another famous miracle that we all know and love.

Now Kickstarter supporters, that's just the tip of the iceberg. In the past few weeks alone, we have secured either hard-hitting or side-splitting interviews with a host of unexpected talent that include Danny Bonaduce, John Waters, Devo, Danny McBride, Roger Corman, Lisa Lampanelli, Glenn Danzig, Al Jaffee, King Diamond, Jerry "The King" Lawler, and Shooter Jennings.

We're so excited to work on and release this next issue, but we need your help!
Please let everyone you know the valiant fight that is happening here to keep free speech, unbridaled creativity and the best magazine left alive still in print!

Soon we'll be adding some new exciting rewards to the pile that should make both new fans and long-time supporters very happy.

Thanks again for all the help you've provided and I can't wait to see you all at the finish line.

    Talk soon Kickstarters!

    Sincerely

    Josh Bernstein
