commented on a projectInternational shipping should take about 10 days. I just found out that international people don't get an email with tracking info for some reason. However, I can give anyone tracking data if they request it.

Hey Tribe, we're on track to ship the remainder of the Kickstarter orders early this week. We're so excited to get all of these out to you guys and get your feedback.We have had a few issues with shipping. If you receive a unit with a bent stud on the bottom weight pack send us an email with a picture to support@rhinocg.com and we'll mail you a replacement. Also, if you get a unit with a thick weight that's stuck on the bottom weight pack give it a tap with a hammer to free it up.Attached is a PDF that of 10 "presets" for different camera and lens setups. It will take out all of the guess work for using the stabilizer. If you feel like you have yours perfectly balanced, share you set up with us! What channel, how many thick and thin weights on the front and bottom packs. This help others get theirs balanced much quicker.
