commented on a projectHey everyone, we apologize for the delay but the band is currently on a month long tour in Europe and will be a bit slow to respond to everyone's customer service issues. All of the items were packed and shipped by the band themselves so a few orders may have been a bit messed up. Please be patient and we promise everyone will be taken care of as soon as possible. Congrats to backers Steven Jones and Phi for winning the prizes we offered for reaching over $10,000 in pledges! Each fan is entitled to either upgrade their package by one level or receive 2 free tix to see the band live and hang out with them in person!
As we're starting to press all of the packages, we just sent out a survey to all backers to collect your shipping information and shirt sizes. Additionally, if there are any items you still wanted but didn't get the chance to pledge for, the pre-order is now up on the brand new official Obscura site www.realmofobscura.com. Be sure to sign up for the official Obscura newsletter and be the first to hear new tracks, receive tour information and the latest news!
The band will be releasing brand new recordings from the Illegimitation demo in the coming weeks so stay tuned for that info and be sure to catch them on their upcoming European Tour with Spawn of Possession, Gorod & Exivious!

Greetings metal heads and Happy Holidays to all!
We are stoked to see how well the project is doing and with only 10 days remaining we decided to kick things up a notch! If we can reach $10,000 by the end of the project, we will offer two lucky contributors the option to either upgrade their package by one level or win 2 free tickets and a meet-and-greet with the band to add to their package!
Additionally, if the project reaches $10,000 by the deadline on January 6th, each pledger that has ordered a physical package will receive an additional Illegimitation sticker with their package!
So get to Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. and spread the word to your friends to contribute to the project, whether it's a $5 digital download or a lifetime guestlist spot with the band!
As another token of our appreciation, we have included another song from the project to stream below and lowered the top two packages by $200 and the drum and guitar packages by $25 each.

We are excited to announce a few things about the 'Illegimitation' Kickstarter project that you have all been supporting thus far! We hope you're ready for winter and as stoked for this release as we are. We will be debuting more music from the album and displaying pictures of the posters, stickers and patches early next week! For now, some updates:
1. The Limited Edition T-Shirt + Digital download package has been lowered from $30 to $25
2. Two new packages have been added that include an extremely limited edition vinyl test press of 'Illegimitation'! These will be limited to less than 25 copies and pressed only once so do not miss out!
3.All of the mega fan packages have added the vinyl test presses to the pot to sweeten the deal!

Before I get my goddamn package?
I agree with Nicolas, after dropping $80 for a band I love, I'm getting impatient over the months of waiting! Also, I have read about people who have received their packages and things weren't signed I hope this isn't omen of things to come for myself and other backers.
there's hope! haha, I received mine today. I got it probably 5 days later than i should have, post office had redirected it to my brother's new address (he used to live in my building) and guess the post office had our names mixed up and took it to his new place :) NOT lost, which is great. THANK YOU! Im happy :)
