I am a writer, filmmaker, and actor. I recently finished up an independent film called, "Greencastle", which I wrote and directed.

It’s very rare for a first time filmmaker to win an award at a film festival, but that is exactly what Koran Dunbar and the cast and crew of “Greencastle” did.
The film, which made its world premiere during the Idyllwild film festival in California, came home with their first award for Best Sound/Audio.

Greencastle is an off-beat film based on personal life experiences as an African-American, single-father living in a small town.
