    Project Indefinite Postponement

After a lot, and I mean a lot, of pondering and soul searching I decided to put the Dueling Analogs Book 1 project on hold. I've always had an idea of how I've wanted this book to be and right now there is no way I can get the time to make it that way.

While I do think the majority of you would be quite content with the final product, what I always wanted to do would be much, much more. For example: a lot of the artwork in Dueling Analogs is rushed. A lot of times I have to release artwork before it is truly finished because of schedule and time constraints... I always wanted to fix this. Also, the earlier Dueling Analogs comics were in a three panel format. A lot of jokes that could have benefited from an additional or even fewer panels were forced into this format. I wanted to add and/or update these strips.

You see, I feel that what is released bi-weekly for free on the website can be one quality, but what I am putting out there in print and expecting people to pay for should be another. It was like when I did the "Games I Am Glad Were Never Made..." poster. The original artwork worked fine for the website, but when I was making a giant print poster version, I wanted it to look much better. I rendered all the all of the box art on to 3D models so they looked more realistic and even updated a lot of the artwork (example). I want this for the book as well, but it does take time.

That said I do intend to complete this, but I want what is released to be awesome. And I'm hoping that when it is released that you do decided to support me again. Thank you for everything.
