Thanks for helping to make my dream...

    Hello Kickstarters,

Happy Holidays from the entire olloclip team...It has truly been an incredible 6-months since the olloclip launched on Kickstarter and we're not slowing down as we complete 2011 and enter 2012.

It is fantastic that the olloclip is in Apple Stores throughout the US and in select Canadian locations. From Kickstarter 'seed' to 'Apple' has been an incredible journey and without your help, this would never have been possible in such a short period time. We are so thrilled to have Apple as our first major retail partner. The olloclip is also in Best Buy this weekend and there are more retail partners signing up around the world.

Our web presence and social media channels continue to be a flurry of activity and we were delighted with the success our initial Photo Contests - of which we will be running at least one contest per month...In addition, we're going to be running FB, Twitter and Instagram campaigns focused on weekly images posted on Macro-Mondays, Wide-Angle Wednesdays and Fisheye Fridays where we'll pick random favorites. Be sure to 'like us' at facebook.com/olloclip , follow us on Twitter and Instagram @olloclip @Patricko

We also want to encourage you to support the iPhoneography Show happening at the SOHO Gallery in downtown New York City. If you didn't get a copy of our December Newsletter, click here, to check out all the great press we've been getting with Wired Magazine, Instagram's CEO Kevin Systrom's endorsement and other tidbits of info.

And lastly we will be at CES in Las Vegas, as well as MacWorld in San Francisco, both of which are being held this January. If you're attending either, please stop by and say hello.

Most importantly, I sincerely hope that this time of year enables each of us to stop and reflect how very fortunate we are to live in a time and place where visions can become reality. And I can not thank you and the whole Kickstarter community enough for helping me make my dream into a reality.

    Happy Holidays,

Patrick O'Neill, Inventor of the ollclip

Hey Patrick, awesome news sir and Matt (Smooth) Cooper and me Roger (Venomator) Gilbert were among the original English partners ans the first to receive our Olloclips in the UK.

Since then our membership @ www.MobiTog.com has really fallen head over heels for your superb device and not only did we put up one of the first mini reviews of the product but have endless iMages from MobiMembers now being displayed amongst their work on the community site - they absolutely love their Olloclips... :)

Check out their awesome iMagery using your kit and see what we have got planned for the coming year @ MobiTog, including regular Olloclip Challenges - love your Fisheye Friday idea Patrick!

Keep up the good work and all the very best from me, Matt and everyone at MobiTog - THE iPhoneography Community for iPhoneographers with Olloclips everywhere!

MobiTog members do it with Olloclip... @ www.MobiTog.com

Hello Azian, We are so happy to hear that you are loving the olloclip. That is an interesting idea but without trying one it looks like it is using a cheap plastic lens that is not giving great results. http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2011/10/scientists-turn-iphone-into-microscope-with-30-mod/screen-shot-2011-10-10-at-1-54-42-pm/ I am not sure how many people would want to pay the extra money for this but I will have a think on it.

Hello Guillaume, We are cautiously optimistic that the olloclip will work on the iPhone 4S. We will not be able to confirm this until Friday when we do some testing. Thanks, Patrick
