Posted project update #4Mixing Mayhem!
Post CommentWow. I still can't believe my project is funded and well on it's way to being completed. Pinch me, dreaming, etc.
Soooooo at the moment, my fantastic producer and mixer are conversing with each other about technological stuff and things. Said stuff and things will result in my album sounding AWESOME for right now, it sounds like a mish mash of fabulous sounds recorded across a year of the space-time continuum. This is likely because we recorded it in 5 different places on a zillion different instruments with 4 computers and 2 hard drives (and a partridge in a pear tree?)
I will keep you guys posted on it's progress! In the meantime, I started playing out in LA and am planning a shnazzy summer tour up the west coast in August. So far, I'll be in Portland on August 21 and SF August 27 and 28 so COME SAY HI!
Thank you all again for being so amazingly supportive!

Posted project update #2Hello from the studio mascot
Post CommentSometimes, we all get a little punchy in the studio. Here is Milk, our sweet but not so bright studio mascot, fighting valiantly with a piece of lint that she so cleverly cornered.
Thanks to everyone who has donated thus far...$685! Dang yo! That's over a third of the way to my goal! Please spread the word and let's finish this album shall we? -
