    I think its a clear choice between A and D. I really like A, but I do agree it may seem a little partisan and to me the risk of appearing that way might be too much for the cool logo. Maybe another animal like a small bird or a crane, which in some cultures has a positive connotation, something with similar "S" like silhouette!
