    The City has returned our engineering and we get to live. The changes required are far less involved than getting to this point. Something along the lines of - that door needs to open out - add an exit sign here - The break room counter needs to be one inch lower - ect.

    Zoning, EBMUD, Hazmat and Fire are all cleared for take off. Tomorrow the Build dept comes in for another inspection. Progress is being made. Let's hope for a Thanksgiving sign off on everything.
