alas, the time has come.
one year later, i say my goodbye to kickstarter.
thank you so much again for being involved in my project.

still need to record cover songs for those that pledged $150 + .... sorry it's taking a while!! i want them to sound awesome, and for that, i need time! so soon though. i will make it worth the wait!

Dearest Kickstarters,
THE ALBUM IS DONE.
A digital copy will be in your inbox this weekend :)
Physical copies have been ordered, and rewards will be in the mail within the month. So very excited to finally share the music with you.
I really hope you like it. I've spent the last year and a half trying to make these songs come alive. There is a lot of genre-blending and unusual instrumentation, so I hope there will be something in here for everybody. I wrote some of these songs when I was 16, so this album is a loose-interpretation of life from ages 16-20... as far as I am concerned, I could work on them for another year and keep adding things and changing things- but I think the way they are right now is the best they will be for the time being. Time for new ventures. As DaVinci once said, "Art is never finished, only abandoned."

Today is just a great day. In the words of the culturally-relevant Charlie Sheen, "winning."
