Its hard to believe that the first month of summer is almost over and our Kickstarter drive is also half over. We have over fifty percent raised, which is great! We are totally grateful to all of you who have donated and continue to support our efforts via your Facebook pages and all other platforms. We are so encouraged and confident that this will work out.
On June 19th Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band passed away. The Big Man was a huge part of one of Naked Gods' favorite bands and will be sorely missed. It is amazing that people can become known the world over just for playing music with their friends. We have included some footage of our man Clarence shredding with the E Street Band. Long Live Rock and Roll.

Just watched the Dallas Mavericks win the NBA Finals, pretty tight. I wonder what it feels like to win something like that? Probably pretty radical. I kind of feel like our Kick Starter is like that. Every day someone gives us a huge golden trophy with a basketball on top of it. Well, not quite. Christian and Brian haven't been pulling triple-doubles and while Hutelmyer and Derek are pretty good behind the arc, they are not Jason Terry or Dirk Nowitzki.
Anyway, I get distracted, but our Kickstarter is going really great. We are about half of the way there and we have a month left. For those of you that have donated, we are more grateful than you will ever know, and for those who have not donated, you still have some time.
In other news, we are about a third of the way through recording our new record. It will be out in the fall, at least in a limited quantity, and we are booking a tour for early October.
When we aren't recording, booking, or annoying all of you on the internet, we have been enjoying the sunshine and all the beauty that our hometown has to offer. We hope that all of you are doing the same and are happy and healthy. Take Care of yourselves and those around you.
