Posted project update #5Enter the Starfoxes
Post CommentIt's not looking like we're going to be able to get the bonus book together in time for comicon. I'm kinda bummed about that, but everything we were working on that we definitely needed is going well. The book is shipped off to the printers and they're working on getting it to me now. We're really excited about it and I want to thank everyone who helped out. We can't wait to get it in our hands.
If you saw the last update, you saw a poster of Trixie. She and three other models I know will be debuting as the Starfoxes in the web comic soon and therefore appearing in the next compilation (not the one this project is for) at the end of next year.
So as a thank you to everyone who's pledged, I thought I'd give you a little sneak peak at the Starfoxes. You saw them here first.
Thanks again everyone. We couldn't do it without you.

Posted project update #4Meeting the Goal and Other Comics
Post CommentThank you to everyone who has pledged. Max and I have been hard at work to get the book out the door and it's going well. We're really looking forward to this.
Since we hit the goal and have more time to go, we're trying to get a little extra done. I talked to some other artists I know today and we're going to attempt to have yet another book done in time for comicon. So if we can make another $500 or so, we should be able to slip an additional book into everyone's package. This would be completely original content. Stories and characters that have not yet appeared in the webstrip but will be a big part of the cosmic hellcats universe for quite a while to come. I can't promise it yet. But we're hoping for the best.
Thanks for the continued support and please tell all your friends.
Below is a teaser image for what I'm thinking about.

Posted project update #3Anthology Covers
Post CommentOnce again, thanks to everyone who has pledged. In just over a week, we're 2/3 of the way to our goal. So by all means, please tell any comic loving fans about this and we'll get there in no time.
Max and I have been pretty hard at work with getting the books put together. Here are the covers of the two different versions of the Anthology (year 1 and 2) that you can receive with a pledge of $30 or more.
Thanks again, everyone. We couldn't do it without you.

Posted project update #2Cover Art
Post CommentThanks again to everyone who has pledged. In just a few days we're almost halfway there, and so I'm pretty optimistic that we're going to make the $520 goal. But of course we need your help, so make sure anyone you know who's a fan of comics, manga, science fiction, photography or just pretty girls pledges as well.
Max and I have both been hard at work getting everything ready for publication. Just so everyone knows what they're getting, here are the finished covers to issues #1 and #2. As soon as I get tomorrow's webcomic wrapped up, i'll be back to work on this.
Like I said before, we love feedback, so either comment here, on the site, or send us mail at feedback@cosmichellcats.com and let us know what you think.

Posted project update #1Original Artwork
Post CommentThank you to everyone who's pledged so far. By all means, tell your friends to do so as well. Even if it's just at the $10 level. Every little bit helps for us here. And you get two great comics for only $10, including shipping. That's a pretty good deal any day of the week.
If you're wondering what the original artwork looks like that we're giving away at the $200 level, basically, they're Max's original drawings for the webcomic. We'll also give you a print of the corresponding fully colored comic that it goes with so that you can display them together. Here's a pic of Max's work in progress for the second episode of the webcomic oh so long ago.
By the way, we love hearing about what you think of the comic, so if you've been reading it, please let Max and I know by either commenting on the website or emailing us at feedback@cosmichellcats.com.
More to come,
