Posted project update #6Unsuccesful campaign
Hello everyone,
Unfortunately the eyeboard did not reach the funding goal. However, I am still looking forward to keep improving the eyeboard and keep studying to make more cool projects.
My journey has led me to continue my Engineering studies in college in the US which hasn't been an easy task considering the fact that I am not a US citizen. I recently enrolled at the University of New Orleans with a partial scholarship, with my parents' support and financial sacrifice I am paying the rest of my education.
If you feel like donating some money towards my education, I would really appreciate it (go to www.intelsath.com), or if you simply want to get an eyeboard kit you can also buy it from my website.
Thanks a lot for backing the eyeboard, I hope that you can support a future project of mine here at Kickstarter. Don't hesitate to contact me via email: lcruz[at]intelsath[dot com]
Best Regards
Sincerely,
Luis F. Cruz

Hey John. thanks for your comment! The technology I am using for the eyeboard is called Electrooculography, it consists of reading the resting potential of the eyeball using skin electrodes. After that, the info is sent to the computer using microcontrollers. :) You can read more at: www.intelsath.com

Posted project update #4Success! Eyeboard on a PCB
Post CommentFinally the eyeboard could be assembled on a small PCB. We soldered all the components and it works like a charm, take a look at one of the eyeboard units:
