Hi Marie-Andree Poisson, The PHX-pen works with Hi-Tec-C (G-Tec C) & Uni-ball Signo DX 0.38 (UM-151) pens/refills as stated. As stated from day one, these are the only pens that we can guarantee are compatible with our phx-pen. They may be more but we haven't found anything else. Hi David, Glad to hear you got your pens. We actually did hand test each and everyone of the thousands of pens we shipped out to make sure they worked. We ended up sending around 300 pens back because they didn't pass our requirement standards. Sorry to hear about your ink not working. Not sure what happened on the way from us to you. As for the website pen compatibility list idea, it's a good idea but will have to wait because we are still super busy. Right now, I'd say Amazon or Jetpens is going to be the best place for most people to find refills. Thanks again for your support! -Chadwick & Joe

Hi Backers,
Ready for an update? Let's jump right in for a component breakdown!
SILICONE MAT UPDATE
The mat came out exactly how we planned and the hold stuff really well. We are thrilled about this and know you will be also. We had to adjust the material mixture twice to find the perfect balance of tension caused by the material to make sure that even heavy pens like our phx-pen would stand up securely. Simply put, the mats turned out great and are finished.
ANODIZED FINISH
We had the organizers all ready to go and were super excited to start shipping out the rewards early to everyone. But, most of the organizers got scratched us pretty bad while they were being mailed to us from our manufacturer. So, we send them back and are paying to have them re-polished and re-anodized again for basically the entire order quantity. Definitely not something we had planned on doing but it was the right thing to do. We truly appreciate the trust that you all have in us and are not afraid to toss in the extra cash and effort to provide the best products/rewards that we can our backers.
LASER ENGRAVED LOGO
We decided to tone down how deep we engraved our logo on the bottom to keep the organizers looking sleek and minimal. Mainly because we don't think you guys need to stare at our logo all day.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If everything continues to go well with re-anodizing the organizers, we will still be on schedule to ship out all the rewards the middle to end of June. We were hoping to surprise everyone by shipping out super early, but we are committed to make sure everything is right with the organizers first.
ADDRESS SURVEY COMING SOON
We will send out the address surveys in a couple weeks so we can guarantee we have everyone's current address.
PHOTOS
The photos below are of the re-anodized and approved final version of the organizers. We just got a couple back that we had the factory redo to confirm the finish looked still looked good before we gave them the go-ahead to redo them all.
