Posted project update #1Sneak peek of what lies ahead in the next chapter...
Post CommentIn the next chapter, our hero is lost in limbo and comes across an amusement park called, Cancerland! Imagine: Medical equipment rides, symptom rides (Thrush the ride!), fun park games, and more. She encounters other cancer warriors, makes friends, and learns what it takes to really defeat her enemy... preparing her for the final showdown with her disease!!!!!
This is a rough draft... the final drawing will be wayyy more awesome!

Post CommentYou may have heard by now, we're launching a new Kickstarter profile very soon to help us get this comic book finished. The illustrations are very time consuming and as you know, we've decided not to edit the story down. Every part of our original story board is filled with unique scenes that have alot of potential that we'd like to develop - so the story grew. Here is an example of one of those ideas: Pet Justice. It's a small side story within our comic book, and the super group contains 4 real pets owned by others with cancer (only 2 of those pets shown here). The idea is, when the pets aren't helping their owners fight cancer, they are out saving the world, of course...
