commented on a project updateYour order form requires you to pick a shipping method (for US orders) of which each have an associated cost that gets automatically added to your order. There is no way to complete the order without paying a shipping cost, which shouldn't be needed for those of us in the US. Is there a specific shipping method to pick and/or some discount code or other means of getting around this glitch?

commented on a projectSam issues with it only allowing options for shipping that would have to paid for with no way of bypassing this. If we could get better directions on what option to choose and maybe discount code to offset that option, it would then probably zero out for all of us. Hopefully we can get some further guidance on this problem.
