Posted project update #17Almost finished...
Kickstarter supporters,
It has been a while since you have heard from us. After a number of setbacks and delays (both of the positive and negative variety), we are very close to having the final edit together of Liquid Loops II, We should have the DVDs and files out to those who pledged at that level very soon. Thank you so much for your patience.
Happy Spring!

Hi everyone... I am just checking back in to the Kickstarter, we are going into the studio this weekend to shoot Liquid Loops II. No backer has received any gift yet, and I do apologize for the delay. But we are excited to be preparing the studio for the camera and DP tomorrow to show up to film our wet show. Physical gifts (stickers, film loop, books) will all go out before the holidays, promise. Thank you for your support! Best, Nick Hallett Music Director/Producer, JLS

Posted project update #13Project Update
Hi Everyone...
The materials for the physical gifts are all in. The stickers took a little longer than expected to come back from the fabricator, but they are here and look great....we will be assembling the packages over the next few weeks...Thank you for your patience...
Liquid Loops II shoot is planned for Fall '11. We are very excited to light our lamps when the temperature is a bit cooler outside...we are currently in pre-production, so still far from completing the project. We are as excited as you are to make this happen...
Thank you so much for your support...

Posted project update #12Beyond Beyond Thrilled
KS Backers,
Congrats to us all, we have made our goal and Liquid Loops II will be created and produced. Huge thanks to each and every one of you. It means so much to us that there is a platform like Kickstarter that can make a big fuss over our work and aggregate all of your generosity within a relevant, 21st century context...we couldn't continue this project without our supporters and are grateful that you have all come together thru the KS interface to help us take this project to the next level...
In the final moments before the KS clock strikes midnight, you may want to let friends know that this is their last chance to acquire the amazing JLS paraphernalia we are creating as incentives.
The sticker available for a $10 donation is being designed and is most likely going to be a reflective (mirrored) rendering of the JLS logo on a black background. It should be ferocious. Even the stickers will be made in limited edition, so this is last call!!
More soon...and again, thank you for making this a success...

Posted project update #11The sky's the limit
Thank you to all of our supporters for taking us into this final stretch of our campaign...we are almost there! We just received this fine image from photographer Stan Schnier of our performance in the AMNH Hayden Planetarium last weekend.
If you want to get a sense of the work you are supporting, look no further. We are extending our practice into bigger-scale, immersive spectacles of light and sound, and Liquid Loops II will be an important step for us, as we cross the analog and digital divide into more hybrid forms of multimedia art...
You are now an important part of that journey...

I sponsored this and when I got the bumper sticker, well, it was a joke and I was ashamed to put this cheap dinky thing anyplace. I don;t mind giving money for nothing and would have preferred it as not only did I have to remind this project of their promise, this thing was not worth the postage !!!.
I am a New Yorker,: shame on you JLS ! Linda Barnett
