commented on a projectWhen I was a kid, back in 1993, I wrote a letter to Ron Gilbert... I asked him to please tell me how to make an adventure game... He wrote back a long, detailed response, that talked about a good story as being the main ingredient to every good adventure game. Well, my friends Rob and Brian, and myself, attempted to make the game. We created the art for our main character, 'Gurney'. It was pretty sweet watching him walk around on the screen, coming to life. But, that is about as far as we got on the project... We were 13, I was surprised we got that far. And while we didn't get very far, it helped to direct each of us on our own creative path in life. Brian is an architect, I am an actor and Rob is a creative-tech-software engineer type guy. We owe a lot to Ron and Tim, so, thank you guys. sincerely, john t. woods
