The wait is over! I have received almost all of the responses back from my backers and the Kickstarter funds have been deposited into my account. Shipping begins tomorrow. I would start shipping today but I have to take a family member to the hospital for minor surgery.
I have really enjoyed running this campaign and I can't thank you guys enough for supporting me and my business.

Post CommentThanks again to all of my backers who pledged. Thanks to those also that helped me spread the word on my campaign.
It's going to be a busy month. All how-to plans are in various forms of completion. Production on the kits and units will start around the third week in March. I would love to begin production on the units now but because of Kickstarter rules, I will not receive any funds from the campaign until 14 to 21 days after the campaign was funded. Once I have the funds production will begin immediately as I already have stations set up and ready to go. All products should be shipped by the end of March, including set's of plans.
I will be sending all of my backers a form they can fill out that will let me know exactly what portion of the reward they want for their pledge amount. Look for this is the coming days.
I look forward to shopping for the shop! I'm excited and will keep you all updated on what goodies I get. :)

Post CommentI do not know how long my blog has been down but as a result, the images on my Kickstarter have not been showing up. My pictures were hosted on my blog. As an immediate solution I uploaded the images to Picassa and then added them to my Kickstarter. The look is a little different because it shows 2 images of each product.
Also, I will be posting a more clear example of the rewards.

I just got an email from amazon. He did not respond to my dispute and my money is being refunded. I encourage everyone else to do the same. He obviously cooked up this little scam and wasn't planning on delivering anything.

I'm more angry about the fact that he hasn't updated us, as opposed to not having received it yet. In all honesty I would rather get it than open a dispute but I haven't even got a response to my personal messages yet. Considering he has logged in in the last few days, I would have expected at least a response. Joe, if you're serious about following through with this later I would love to order one but until then I'm going to have to lodge a dispute.
